A really good storage solution is a permabag, its basically a giant sleeping bag made of a non permeable plastic, with a diving spec zip all around.

You place the supplied canisters of dessicant in the bag then zip the car up inside.

The canisters absorb any trapped moisture. I stored a car inside a damp garage in one of these for 6 months, when the car came out in the spring it was as dry as a bone, not an ounce of surface rust or condensation on anything.

You then simply pop the canisters into a normal domestic oven for an hour or so which regenerates them and they are good to go again for another 6 months.

No electrical point required either so great for remote buildings.

I see Chris Harris has picked the 288 as his top car for his virtual garage in Top Gear magazine! He has good taste!

FWIW that's the ex-Niki Lauda 288 GTO now resident in the USA.

We are planning to reunite him with the car next time he is over.

Regarding the first and last pic.

You can only have one or the other for free, but you can never sell it either, which one do you choose?

    First for me :)

The 288 is one of the most beautiful Ferraris of all time in my eyes. GTO all the way!

    I see a pattern forming :)

Any post F60 Enzo example Ferrari's do nothing for me, or any other manufacturers recent supercars, the 80s/90s are my era.
