The shaking of hands was very forced, as was Hamilton's ''congrats'' in front of the public. The room of awkwardness showed his true feelings.
    Lol

I'm glad that David "forced" them to shake hands on the podium. It improved the atmosphere for sure....

He made the best out of his abilities...No mistakes. Although I still do not think that Rosberg/Hamilton is equal to Prost/Senna Nico compensated inferior Talent with superior consistency (like Prost). So it is derserved..

Suzie is part of the UK's Channel 4 TV F1 team and does a pretty good job for them, sometimes asking her husband some awkward questions live on air after races because she knows she can get away with it.

Today, when she was encouraged to give her husband a kiss live on air by her Channel 4 co-workers, she declined to, saying she was there working, not socialising with her husband (TBH, personally I think she should have kissed him but there you go!).

What was annoying today (yet again!), was the constant cut-aways to the girlfriends/wives/Mothers/Sisters in the pit-lane when there was some serious action going on, on track!

I'd much rather see the outcome of an overtaking manoeuvre happening on track, than seeing the live reaction of a girlfriend/wife/Mother/Sister in the pits whilst the action is going on!

I also have absolutely zero interest in the latest pop-star/celebrity that Lewis Hamilton is trying to bed, as they're bugger-all to do with the action on track!

Excellent season and race by Nico, he definitely deserves this world championship. Fantastic drive by Vettel, hopefully next year Ferrari can challenge for wins. Thanks and all the best to both Jensen and Felipe, you both showed true class throughout your careers and are among the elite.

Well, here is to hoping next year is more competitive and that we get at least 2 teams that can win a race on merit rather than mistakes by Merceds and it's drivers.

    Forza Ferrari!

Coulthard said after doing the podium ceremony that he felt incredibly uncomfortable up there because he could tell that Lewis didn't really want to congratulate Nico.

On the UK's channel 4 coverage, Coulthard has also criticised Lewis for failing to be more magnanimous.

He said that he can understand Lewis' disappointment at losing the Championship, but everything that Lewis has said today has been to explain why he didn't win the WDC, rather than giving Nico credit for winning it.

Basically, Lewis has finished the season looking like a spoilt kid as far as I'm concerned!

Laudi got his dream. He manipulated a "German" driver to win the WDC in a German car.

+1 to the above. Nico taking things in stride with class. A word too big for LH to learn to spell LOL.

Well done to Vettel charging at the end to bring some cheer to Ferrari. This needs to continue.

LH utterly forgettable as a WDC. A moronic, not moral champion in his own mind. The world is passing him by tonight, he knew it and the pain showed. PRICELESS!

Elton really went low this time. Nico has learned to ignore him as the petulant child he is showing he is. Nico pulled a Prost for the remainder of the season. He didn't take too many risks, knew what he needed, got it and finished on top. He knew he could bet Lewis if he wanted to, but it would be an ugly battle with potential carnage so the gave the baby his bottle after he knew all he had to do was finish on the podium the remainder of the season. Well played Nico. Very well played.

Lewis is a rat for his deliberate tactics nears the end of that race! I know it won't happen but I'd love to see Mercedes can him.
