You will love them Anthony ! I found out that after some fiddling with the settings you can dail out a lot of the initial understeer and get a very "pointy" nose. If they are adjustable over 50 "clicks": I find 15 clicks "open" in the front, and "half-way" in the back the best setting for road use.
You've been preaching these for a while! Still new but do they live up to the hype? Would you mind sharing some details around costs? Vendor? Did you have to modify the front control arms? I've been on their website a lot lately.
I'd be interested in knowing more too I'm definitely going to get new shocks of one sort or another but it will be just after Christmas for me so Santa won't be involved
Thank you for the info. I'll try those settings. I'm at the Finali Mondiali so I don't have the info on hand. I have them all my specifics and intend d use and they custom built them for my needs. I bought them direct from Intrax. No a arm mods or paperweights, etc. they bolt right in. They were $2,700 total including shipping. I'll give a detailed update after they are installed. More pics soon.
More info. I have weights but I'm going to try and find a more sensitive scale to make sure the numbers are right. The original Koni feels considerably heavier so I'm doubting my weights here. Finally got them all torqued and installed. Couldn't be easier. They bolt right in without the need for any adaptors or mods. Intrax supplied a detailed sheet of settings based on my car and what handling I desired. I went with their recommended setting until I can see for myself. Lol, now if only I could get it finished so I could report how they handle!
