Right on, sounds like you can get to most of the cool spots for $40, then. Reconsidering getting the fan hospitality package, might not be worth it.

For $30 admission, $10 parking, $10 garage access you can basically see everything. And you don't have to buy anything in advance. Just enter tunnel 1 or 4 and park whatever you brought in the in field. Pay general admission and parking at tunnel entrance and garage access at the garage access to get a wristband.

I just came back out of the concours area, which requires a Ferrari badge but I went during lunch when clienti on track and again now when the cars were being driven out. Got video of the new RW SP car leaving and the rest :)

I left before the parade which is getting ready. It'll be dark when they do it so I won't get any decent shots under the lights...

It'll take a long time to upload all these videos and pics. Going to Orlando now...

Awesome, just landed. Have to check into my hotel at the speedway, maybe I'll catch some of the parade.

I pulled up to the head of the line as the cars were staging for the lap around the track and have to say it was the most surreal experience of my life. The cars were 6 wide and what seemed like a mile long. OMG. a La Ferrari, then, as I tried to process I see a 275 gtb. Holy ****, is that a blue dino? On and on....
I felt as if I was in a dream. Like time was standing still. Too much to take in...

What a day, can't sleep. Wish I could run more sport laps like yesterday and keep hearing F1, F333 SPs, FXX, FXX K, F12 TDF, LaF...

Staged for the parade behind a 599 GTO & Speciale but we had to stop and let an F12 TDF, LaF, and a gold one of a kind superfast aperta out. Surreal.

Glad you guys enjoyed the photos! The remaining ones are now uploaded for almost 800 in total. Same link: https://www.flickr.com/photos/havblu/albums/72157677381329285 The new photos have better shots imo. There are a few of the #26 333SP with flames coming out of the exhaust on the track. There are also a lot of photos of the XX cars with glowing brake rotors. :)

Here are a couple of my favorites while the sun was setting.

All 5GB of photos uploaded...now for the 17GB in video. It will take a couple days as I have to fly out tomorrow evening. I shot the videos as one-takes with no editing and just walking around to show everything for those that couldn't attend. I filmed every car in both the east and west lakeside parking areas with special focus given to the supercars scattered in there...

Those are the only 3 SPs I spotted...

    Wonderful event.

Except no posters or commemorative t-shirts for sale.

The posters were the free gift when leaving the gala awards reception.

That makes the poster that much more collectible.

    Frame it!

    Incredible event.

You're welcome! I've uploaded about 8GB of videos now and am trying to get another 4GB up before my flight this evening...the rest will probably go online by tomorrow morning. 11 videos have been uploaded and 11 shorter ones are in the process now. Then I have 4 GoPro videos including a walk of the entire parking lot.

My apologies for the audio. I used my Canon T5i's built-in microphone, which doesn't have a wind muff option for it and I don't own one of the ones you can plug into the camera...

Looks similar to the 60th anniversary in Beverly Hills a few years ago. I think they had around 900 cars there. Great to see the diversity. How many cars made it to the Daytona world record attempt? Any photos of that?

How often do you get a chance to get this up close and personal with a group of legendary F1 cars (Kimi's 2007 car, Schumi V10's...)

And then see and hear them all at full throttle on track.

Someone asked earlier, yes there was an ex Jean Alesi 412T in the bunch. It was fabulous to see, and better to hear.
