I don't think so. It's not the deep sea which is the real monster. I've never put it on a scale or looked it up but it feels like it weighs less than my TH Carrera.
Yes, the deep sea is a beast. The sea dweller is only slightly thicker than the sub. Basically a fat sub sans cyclops and an added valve.
