It looks absolutely stunning. Too bad they are only making 10 of them.
A few months back I went on a rant about the 458 Speciale Aperta not being the best choice for the LE model of the 458. Specifically because after 5-7 cars I could not get one but wanted one. To own, not flip! I opined some months back that they should do a targa version similar to the LAF spider and add a few ponies to the motor. This design would making it a true LE car. Plus it would allow the "usual" good customers to have something they want but still give the "best" customers something even more unique. Lo and behold, here it is. Would it have been that hard to have done a less extreme body and produce what I had thrown out? I don't think so. Love the wheels. Disappointed in Ferrari's product mix. BTW, don't be surprised if you see the 4 tail lights and some of this design on the 488 successor. Best
Anyone who's paid for a one off SP car must be so unhappy right now. This is a stunner and knocks them alll out of the park. What a great looking car!
Paint the front orange, and it looks like a McLaren. C'mon Ferrari, you are supposed to lead, not follow
For some reason I keep seeing a modern interpretation of an F50! (exterior wise of course). I quite like it, I'd do away with the bi-color scheme though.
It DOES look cool but it kinda reminds of the K-1 Attack... https://www.carsbase.com/photo/K_1-Attack_Roadster_mp440_pic_46702.jpg
Looks beautiful. However the front part reminds me a little bit of Sergio and some other parts McLaren.
Mama Mia! This thing is gorgeous! And no, this looks nothing like any McLaren. Most of the McLaren designs sport a bulbous, bug like feeling. Just as LaFerrari was an arrow fired from a bow while the P1 was a bit of a 'raindrop'. The J50 is one sleek piece of kit. Bravo.
+1 McLaren design, particularly on the P1 is more bubbly. This car has a nice edginess. It's in a good place design wise; it's where a Ferrari should be. -F
Forget the Holy "Trinity" of collections, owning all the Super Ferrari's. How about someone start a collection of SP's and special editions? At some point the owners of these cars will pass on and they will come to the market. How many could one person collect? According to Wikipedia there's: SP1, SP540, SA 45, SP12, SP30, SP FXX, F12 TRS, SP America, SP 458 MM, F60 America (yes, not really a true SP), SP275, this series. -F
