Not me. This beauty is very similar. But its owner decided to use a darker blue for the stripe and had it edged with black along its length. He also continued the stripe down its rear which I decided against. We're going to meet up soon for a drive down the M4 together, looking for a Lambo to pounce on ;)

Goddam that's crazy how similar they are... Did on of you get inpired by the other or did you have the same idea ?

The little details that differentiate the 2 cars are difficult to spot... I hope that guy won't get in trouble with a crazy woman who can potentially have a vengeance on your car ahahahah

Hahahaha......typical of a Parisian to immediately think of crazy lovers.

I posted the render of my car very early on and it was easy to see through natural search. I'm very cool if the owner used this as a base. Who knows. To him his car is perfect, as it should be.

The French Racing Blue colour was a late change by me which is obviously much nicer lol, as is the lack of a rear stripe and no black pencil edging.

Besides, we will conveniently forget I used my long adoration of the gorgeous 250 SWB #2689GT as my inspiration ;)

The second one is definitely not Grigio Alloy. No way. When it was discussed some weeks ago, there were many pics available from different sets. It's a very light grey, dove?, similar to Grigio Medio but lighter. "Grigio Chiaro" was an attempt to a proper definition.

I am pretty sure he was referring to a post on the previous page regarding Grigio Alloy: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/145085514-post4461.html

There's a kind of Toothpaste Greenish Hint that makes me think that's not avorio.

    Rodolfo ? Simsko ?

That's funny, Avorio + Brown Carbon exterior is a combo I discussed previously with Simsko.

I'm with Olivier, I immediately thought avorio (but, I own an avorio California, so I see/imagine avorio everywhere! [emoji3]) although I thought I noted a tinge of yellow in the lower picture taken from the rear, almost like Giallo Lady Gaga or whatever it's called. The stripe looks brown/iroko, so that'd be an obvious choice to go with avorio).

I've said it before. Brown carbon fiber?!?

Brownish red CF, wheels to vaguely match, and definitely not-Avorio custom or historic color. Very interesting combo, I'm so intrigued I'm not calling it ugly... yet!

PS: Avorio + Brown CF should be an instant classic.

Yep. Once the cash allows me, that will be my signature spec:).

Regarding the tdf it is very similar to the Daytona in this post: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/143770700-post2.html which was labelled as Avorio Safari.

But other posts have Avorio Safari as a lighter version of avorio: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/138386494-post8.html

So unless there are confirmed paint samples than I don't really know as an older Ferrari resprayed is an attempt to replicate the colour using today's technology.

Yes, i totally agree with you. Just like the white/brown 599 GTO. This is already a classic! One of my favourite specs.
