Really? I read (at least I think I did) many of those same threads, but I would thing slightly below (semi-sub) $300,000 might be more like it....
Really??? No pics and a vague, at best, description? That's like when someone calls expecting a phone diagnosis reporting: "I'm 50 years old, I have chest pain, I'm out of shape kinda (" decent condition...7 out of 10"), I've been healthy in the past a recently had a check-up ("fresh engine"), but I do have high blood pressure (bad muffler). What's wrong with me?" (What is the value of this car?) Well, it could be a Myocardial Infarction (so worth nothing as your time may be up), it could be myocarditis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, pleuritis, pulmonary embolism, asthma, angina, etc... You get the point. So you may want to provide more info if you really want to know. Right now the answer is "probably somewhere between 200-450K" (the high end because some folks value originality and patina more than others)
shawn knows these cars better than me but i wld have said 250ish...sub 2s wld be great if that is the market today

I was commenting tongue in cheek, because there seems to be quite a bit of interest lately at prices that don't reflect much of a reality. I understand someone wanting to get a deal, but when the arguement has been made for so long the market is crashing, one must see the correction that took place and then stabilized. I haven't seen much rushing to the door, even though some prices are really perplexing.
First off I don't have pics of the car. If I did I'd post them. I've seen the car a couple years ago. The pics would be helpful to determine value? I don't think so. Pics don't really show what the true condition is and tend to hide most cosmetic imperfections. I gave enough of a description to come up with a range. I think the $250k mark is spot on. Geno

Pics do help to see how `correct' a Dino is. My opinion (everyone has one...or more) is that when I see all sorts of incorrect items on or done to a car, it raises serious concerns over how it was maintained or used...or what may lay beneath what you see on the outside. Again, just my opinion.
100% correct. telling you a car is a "7" out of "10" is totally subjective. Someone elses knowledge of a model of car might be infinitely better than yours or mine. AS a result, photos will allow that person to make a reasonable assessment as to correctness, which would most certainly effect that score. Fixing small details can be very expensive on these. D
