    Yes. The rear spoiler/visor/handle to open the clam is there to direct air down to the rear for engine air intake as well as whats called a modified kamm tail in a sense. The 308 is a better fit for the aerodynamic effect because it has a flap but air put on the rear lid will help plant it. Google that term and you'll see there's more going on than it seems. The 365 had lift in the front which is why the 512 got a chin spoiler.
