Other sources say it was a meth head from south-west Sydney equivalent suburbs related to some earlier stabbing.
Looking at the pic of the driver, the car he was driving and the burnouts he was doing before hand..........he definitely looked like a meth head. The Cops should have left him die in the street after they shot him the ****en dog!
I am surprised he survived or the Vic Police are getting better shots. Be interesting to find out the background.
