I'd call it a normalising, as we are judging on the unknown condition and the volume impacts on prices which is what is happening. The 456 market is showing improvement in the US.
It's all good, C2 Corvette prices heading in the right direction (Hagerty chart for concours, excellent, good, fair condition respectively) Image Unavailable, Please Login
That's Ferrari Phil - Maranello Autos at Burleigh. He has a sideline buying customer cars and selling them. Saw a 400GT on the hoist before xmas, and his offsider said the owner was selling it. When I got back from hols, he'd bought it - reckons it's now worth $250K. I think he bought it for under $100K.
Jeeeeez,these dealers just aren't getting it.... https://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/details/Ferrari-365-1969/OAG-AD-14250405/?Cr=1
That the auction results achieved around the world is what these cars are worth at the moment. Not what these dreamers are advertising these cars at.
Refer post #25092 auction results in that most volitile USA marketplace. Note the number of no sales verses the estimates.
A beautiful colour combo on this 355. https://www.mecum.com/lots/FL0117-280557/1999-ferrari-f355-berlinetta/

This one just came up in the States. Geez I wish we were a LHD nation........... Image Unavailable, Please Login
+1 it takes about 5 minutes to get used to LHD, especially in a narrow cabin like a 308. Plus, it's so easy to parallel park! Often when I'm stopped at lights in the vette, the driver of the car on my left will wind their window down and start a conversation, because we're so much nearer to each other. Road rage would dissappear immediately if everyone drove OHOS LHD cars
And here is a local LHD. https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Ferrari-308-1980/SSE-AD-4171324/?Cr=26 ...and one with a lot more than just an identity problem.. https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Ferrari-308-1975/SSE-AD-3887309/?Cr=24
