I am pleased to present this stunning 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia. On consignment from its current owner, this car has been stored at Alara Garage for the last couple of years, used by its owner when he visited Houston on the weekends. Resplendent in the rare Bianco Avus (Avus White) over Nero interior, with many carbon fiber and Alcantara accents, this elegant 458 is a refreshing change from the normal red Ferrari.

Having only covered 10,000 miles since new, this 458 has always been kept up to date on servicing, and drives brilliantly. The steering is tight and has that wonderfully quick feel that only a 458 can provide, and the adjustable suspension is sporty yet compliant on the street. But, of course, the 4.5 liter Ferrari V8 remains the star of the show, a truly magnificent piece of engineering that rockets this car to 60 mph in 3.0 seconds with a top speed of 202 mph, and sounds utterly amazing in the process. The transmission is the awesome dual-clutch 7-speed automated manual, and the brakes are carbon ceramic, befitting this definitive supercar.

This rare and beautiful 458 Italia is now ready for its new owner. Inspections are welcomed and encouraged, and I look forward to speaking with you about this stunning car further. Please contact me at [email protected] or 832-617-0494.

    Thanks guys.

The reason that I send people to my website is so that the most current pricing information is available. I've learned that if a price is listed on the first post of the thread, that's all anyone usually reads, and if the price changes, that is not communicated to most buyers.

Giving a link to my website ensures that the current price is always available. And, as said above; it's just one click. I'm not fishing for traffic, trying to build up my website stats, anything like that. Just trying to sell a car in the most expedient way. :)

Troll because I want a SELLER to post the PRICE of their car? You're not the brightest crayon in the box.

Nope, you aren't a troll for wanting a price listed in the post, you are a troll for feigning interest and claiming that you are turning away specifically because the price transparency is not to your liking.

    Michael has an outstanding reputation.

I buy many cars and I would never purchase from a dealer or private seller who feels the need to hide their asking price on their own FOR SALE thread. I shouldn't have to dig around or click links to find the asking price of the vehicle YOU ARE TRYING TO SELL. You're entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine.

The 458 looks great in white, the color really suits the car well. The black roof looks sharp as well.

I think the way the 'price' issue has been handled here is a bit poor. Michael does have a great reputation here, and I like his adverts and his attitude. No need for rudeness, there's enough of that in the world to go around already. Having said that, it might help to include the price with the original ad, although the points he makes are valid on the subject. Anyway, nice car and glws.

Good question. The roof is actually a wrap. I guess this can be a positive or a negative, depending on what you want. :)

I do not have full records for the car. However, the Carfax (linked to on my website) shows 4 owners, including the current owner (the consignor).

I think that this is pretty ingenious. Instead of people have to scroll and scroll and scroll for any price updates, they can just click the link, get the most up to date info on the car including the price and lots more details than you can fit in the thread.

    I appreciate that!
