    My 1969 Lotus Elan Series 4 in a photo taken today, after a morning drive. I bought it January 1977 in Mahwah, New Jersey, from La Monsa Motors, owned by an ex-Ferrari-Team mechanic named Joe Francica. That was exactly 40 years ago. It is still such a wonderful drive.

    Not my car or my other car but I did drive this car over the weekend to visit a friend/customer in Los Angeles. I pretty much had my choice to take anything and I hoped in the FF and I loved it just as much this time as I did the first time driving one. Usual LA traffic took about 1.5 hours to go 50 miles on a Sunday. My wife was happy and comfortable the whole time.

    Wow! Nice. I've seen a few similar generation Z's while driving around the Metroplex. Cool cars. None as nice as that though. Hope to see it on the roads.

    Thanks. Right now it will be mostly a trailer queen. It was my daily driver till 2001. Bought a truck. Stored the Z till about 2 years ago when I disassembled it and began to restore it. I will have my 308 and the Z in the Autorama ( at Market Hall ) here in Dallas on Feb 17,18 and 19. Stop by and see me.
