the great strength of America (and the UK and in fact Australia) is the common sense of the ordinary people, who don't have arts or humanities degrees, are not political activists and don't live in fashionable places, but usually the "flyover states" or suburbs that the urban elites regard with derision. These people voted for Brexit and for Trump and, in both cases, made the right choice IMO. We have reached a point where the "progressive" agenda is actively harming our civilisation and the people have decided to reel it in. What beggars belief is how the left media have doubled down on their mistakes and continue their hysterical (in the literal sense of the word) response. The UK media crowed over the courts forcing a parliament vote on Brexit, then the leave motion won by a landslide - with even the majority of Labour left members voting for it, because they know their constituents want it. I for one am not sorry for our President...........................I didn't vote for him but he is our ELECTED official. I will honor President Trump just like I did President Obama even though I didn't vote for him either. There is always an option in our wonderful country and that's if you don't like it leave. Or by all means VOTE. Less than 50% of Americans voted yet you all want to whine about our President. I don't get it. Love your country and respect the process. You can always vote for change. Just next time make sure people get out and VOTE! The Electoral College, when I explain it to people, makes sense. Well that is unless you are a 5 year old that is throwing a fit because you didn't get your way. In a nut shell, don't like the results then get like minded people to vote. This means EVERY election, not just for President. Honor our President, an be glad you are an American. There are worse alternatives. Once again if you don't like it that door is wide open (Just might be tough to come back.)

well of course the left loves Angela - she grew up and was educated as a communist (not by choice of course, but which communist regime ever held an election?) and deeply believes in open borders, probably a consequence of growing up behind the iron curtain. Obama was a socialist by upbringing too. He wasn't elected on his political beliefs, experience or track record, he was elected because of his skin colour. It would take a massive ego to live with that inner knowledge. If only he had had any ability to do something for black people in America. I for one think Trump is a complete and utter fool, and I'll be surprised if America and the world benefits from his time as president.
