Yes it will be very limited that it's not even going to be more than 5 cars (excluding Stradales) every 10 years if the scarcity of complete preowned 360 gated parts remain the same.

360 conversions are more of a folklore the past decade.

Theres no way thats true. They may be asking 70-80 but they're aren't getting it.

Add Australia to the list. And yes 355 maintenance cost in Australia is typically higher than in the U.S.

04 360 manual 5k miles wholesale at $95k??? Well, Entropy's $215k ask 4k mi 99 manual gtb just sold. Obviously we don't know the actual price it sold for but we can safely assume it's 'up there.'

The 355 has surpassed the 360 in value ... we knew it all along. Flame me. Having said that, I do want a manual 360 ala Sherpa-style.

Agreed, numbers game too. TONS of 360s for sale vs lower production F355 in comparison, and the GTB/ GTSs are going for higher.

Ummm... no. Again, ask does not equal sell. And if ask is the measure 308 gt4 surpasses both right?

Wonder what F355s F1 are worth. Just as worthless as 360 F1s? I know here in Australia the F1 F355s dont sell. The 6 speeds sell like hot cakes.

Considering the person asking is a reputable and well known F-chat member, I am sure if he asks $215k, he wouldn't consider a number below $150k in such a short period. I think it is safe to assume the car actually 'sold' between $175-215k.

And manual 355s have far surpassed manual 360s in Australia correct?

I think with the 360 it is the rarity of a manual that makes it more expensive. The F355 is just considered the last none-mass produced Ferrari. Those lines appeal to past and present generations too.
F355 may well be like the Dino in the future.

I would say so, but hard to compare as here in Australia the market is full of UK imports with high miles and rough condition selling for peanuts. Australian delivered manual 360s are very rare and hardly ever appear for sale. Especially now during the market uplift, there still arn't any for sale to gauge a price range.

It is true however manual F355s sell and they are currently selling for low F430 F1 prices ($200k+). Manual F430s look like they sell for in the $300k range (2 appeared to have sold for $300k asking).

I'm always incredulous when the deal on a car is double or triple ask price here in the US.

Internationally, it's apples to oranges. RHD models made in less quantity, thus higher prices. When import taxes drive up the price, you have your answer.

Enthropy's ask and sell came as a shock to the 355 guys for sure. Definitely an outlier because it was a 4k mi car with good specs and condition. Ttforcefed through out a number on a 5k manual 360, which I think is a good example for comparison since the percentage of manual 360 is far fewer than manual 355s. All other cars, I'd say both cars are right around the same with a slight edge to the 360 because of rarity. F1 355 values have maintained, but F1 360s values seem to be going only one way.... down.

There's a silver manual 360 w/red interior, which I thought looked pretty nice. Ask is 130k AUD and has been sitting for several months.

I am still being offered around $70k for my 2003 F1 wholesale and they know they have to do the belts. This is now from 3 separate dealers without having to buy a car from them. I would not sell it for 70 but a trade makes up over $6k in taxes so that would get me close to what I think it is worth, especially needing a belt service.

I wish that California would give us credit for trade-ins, that is 8%+ you lose every single time you change cars.
Dealers will just do a swap and lock belt service, you would do a more extensive belt service yourself if you were to keep it.
