Even more 1/24th scale RED cars coming from FPPM, by the way....He is planning even more this year that are yet to be announced.

I have the Ferrari 315S Mille Miglia #0684 in my hands and it is GREAT!!! Now with photoetch and a fantastic grill, fuel tank with rivets all over it and a very fine cast motor. I may have to build this for the Ferrari Expo 2017.

I am working on the FPPM 1/24th 315S Mille Miglia #0684 model and have to say it is by far his best. The body is almost perfect, and it has nice photoetch and an amazing grill that fits very tight. The only thing I did not like are the wire wheels due to an incorrect step. The hand laced wire wheels look great but are wrong for this car. I replaced them with wheels I already had that were photoetched but still look ok. The motor and fuel tank looks great also.

From every angle this body looks right. I still have to put the body cut lines below the doors. That's where Ferrari connected the front and rear clips of the car together.

That could be nice. F2007, one of the last good looking F1 cars, before the noses started to melt. :)

It depends on wich sheet you order. A lot of them are good quality but others are not. You have to look at the photo to see if it has good artwork.

Well I trust in your experience. All I have received so far was trash. He dosen't seem to use vector grafics and just up/down scales jpg files. Plus the decals are made to fit on slot cars if you use them on 1:43 or 1:18 the decals dont't fit at all. In my opinion for serious collectors Patto's is no option.

Part of being a serious collector/model builder is the ability to modify and correct problems. Sometimes Patto's Place decals are the only option. But you are 100 % right on the scale issues. I bought a 1/12th scale Jaguar XKE Cunningham sheet and found that it was to small. He made it in 1/10th scale and the numbers are now the right size.

New from Italeri in plastic, a 1/12th scale FIAT 500...

More photos of the Fein Design Maserati 300S in 1/24th scale. They are shipping the kits now. Not cheap but very high quality. As they say, you get what you pay for!!!

I think I will either do the Nurburgring Moss winner or convert it to the Sebring 1957 2nd place car. Body looks perfect, but vents are different on the Sebring car, along with no headrest and a few other details.

    His email is [email protected]

He is going to send me a complete list of models available. Not sure how many have decals, but I will get atleast one kit to check quality. The photos look good.

I think the Hiro could be a Ferrari/Lancia 1956 D50, but trying to guess cars based on wire wheels is crazy.

No point in spinning our wheels...that said I would love to see a D50.

Another picture of the 1/12th Hiro....It could still be a D50 as they are doing several versions, so maybe this is the rear wheel with "aero" bodywork like FPPM just did in 1/24th scale.

    French GP 1956.
