We are not far apart

I would like this car to maybe mark the decline of shields on road cars.
Not in terms of personal taste, but in terms of people feeling they have to spec them to retain value in the second hand market.
They should be an option, not a tyranny.

 

Most definitely any interior color combo will match, unlike the GTC4Lusso.

They already have CF options available from launch for all the external black plastic components in front, side and rear, including that centre rear splitter which is body coloured as standard.

 

When sitting in the driver's seat, one gets a lovely view of the overall curvature of the hood, and in particular the two hood vents nearest the windscreen. Very nice.

Agree I could not option the exhaust surrounds in CF on my F12, but I have already specced my 812 with those components in CF. However I decided not to change the centre rear splitter from body colour to CF - just did not look right on the configurator. I noticed that Ferrari have done the same with their launch pics.
