It's more interesting than I thought it would be, but just doesn't have that natural break line enjoyed by the 599 and 458. Almost makes you wonder if it isn't a Super America version.

Exactly... All the attempts to make two tone on the F12 didn't work for me.

The first time the name Superfast was used by Ferrari was back in 1956 with models 410 and 410 SA. In contrast with the 812 Superfast the 410 was revolutionary and Pininfarina broke new stylistic ground with obvious extravagant excesses. However both designs have something in common which is "air", the 812 reflects in the design of all tiny details the wind tunnel aerodynamic gains and the 410 boroughed many it's details from the aeronautical industry.

I state that I'm very happy of the images provided by Ferrari to present to the world the new 812 Superfast but this criticism would have to do. Please consider to publish the six canonical views of the car? It would be interesting to see the car from the rear three-quarters or top. I also understand that it is only a preview and that the car will be unveiled Geneva Motor Show, but this preview sounds me a little bit incomplete

Black roof scheme makes the car look like a alfa 4c spider imo

Having seen the car in the flesh - it looks much better than the pictures especially with contrasting splitters etc. I think most people will be pleasantly surprised. Rather look at the negative comments when most people saw the TDF pictures but then loved the car in the flesh. The steering wheel looks cheap and the old manettino looks much better but I think someone noted that in carbon it looks much better.

Thnaks Milano. So right and posting your render here. What a difference from that cheap looking aluminium.

This is the first properly specced Lusso interior I have seen, courtesy of Spyderman, and confirms what I thought when shown it pre launch and which I suspect will be carried over in the SuperFast, that is Ferrrai are giving us the bare canvas for us to splurge on in extras. But the result will be a very nice place to be.

I hope they bring those Daytona seats from the Lusso to the SuperfFast, they look great.

I am sorry, but that's incorrect. In all other cases you are quoting CV (i.e. metric horsepower), but in the case of the 812 you are quoting BHP. The power output of that car in CV is 800.

Thank you for advising me you're completely right, I took the 812 power infos from a reputable web source and they have it wrong ( it's written 789 hp not bhp). In the meantime I've checked again and there are several car specialist sites which have it wrong too and are quoting this value for the hp. Below you'll find the table corrected.

The dry weight of the F12B is 1525 Kg and not 1630 Kg. Source Wikipedia. Thx for information 👍👍

Leonardo Acerbi reputed Ferrari complete guide indicates 1630 Kg (running order). Whom shall we believe ?

Indeed Ferrari web site quotes exactly the same dry weight (1525 kg) for both F12B and 812S, 1630 kg is the kerb weight for the F12B but this figure is not available from Ferrari for the 812S (with a larger engine it might be slightly higher if more fluids are needed. Anyway all these figures are typically optimistic since they assume "light weight options".
