I have a UFI 30.867.00 in my car. I know once upon a time there was a K&N cross reference, but I can't find it. The UFI doesn't seem to be around anymore.

What are people using these days? Alternatively, is the OEM UFI filter cleanable?

    From my car notes:
K&N AIR FILTER K&N #33-2518 (33-2662 also fits). Summit Racing has them.

For future reference: FRAM CA3901 is a very close fit and readily available at local parts stores for under $10.

I have a new, sealed box K&N for a 308 (also 328?), #33-2518. If anyone if interested PM me an offer. I'm located in CT, zip 06447 so you can figure shipping via USPS. Shipping should be less than $13 Priority mail 2 day to the lower 48 depending on you zip code. (2 lbs, 17" x 8" x 2")

If you want to FILTER the air, get an OEM-type paper filter. If you want to put money in a marketer's pocket and increase the wear on your engine with NO benefit, get a K&N. ;)

I bought a K&N years ago for my 328 as a backup but I won't use it unless the 328 paper filter becomes extremely hard to get or crazy expensive.

Is the Ufi cleanable as the K&N claims to be?
