The 2000 456M GT is back for sale at FofSeattle. I think they were asking 190K then reduced to 179K, and now at 145900.

Sure there are... $50,000 (or whereabouts) can buy you this: 1999 Ferrari 456 456 | eBay No, seriously, unless this thing was scraped off a wall from an accident and repaired with silly putty they price isn't bad at all...
I'm not expecting any appreciation on my car except for the appreciation I have every time I drive it. 62,000+ miles.
Some dealers have been trying to push that into the 70-80 range but I don't think that has been successful. Example being the 03 GTA with <10k miles in Argento Nurburgring w/lt grey & black that was at Marshall Goldman at ~$65ish and then re-appeared at Merlin in Atlanta with a tag of $80k. Their other car is a 99 GTA with 27k Miles in TdF blue with tan interior and blue piping for $68k. Both cars have been at either Marshall Goldman or at Merlin since I first started hunting about 10 months ago. I suspect the pricing (particularly taking the silver car from $68k to $80k just because it moved from Cleveland to Atlanta) is optimistic to put it mildly. I went to Cleveland and saw the 03 and was vacillating based on what I saw and thought that $65k was a bit high then. When it disappeared, I thought someone had bought it, then it reappeared at $80k and I knew it was out of the game. I think the $60k price point is about right for now on good MGTA examples.
Just checked that listing....apparently L200k is a bit much for EVERYBODY!! Price reduced from L199k to L179k.
Thanks for posting this. I've been hankering for a 456 and I've finally decided to sell off my brace of vintage cars and replace them with one. I really like this blue one and it's in the range of what I'd like to spend. I've been in contact with the seller so we shall see how motivated they are...after 9 years I think it's time I return to the Ferrari fold. Besides, it'll be good company for my DD Quattroporte So, anyone want a TVR Vixen, a TR6 and a '63 Continental?
