Does anyone have any experience upgrading the 458 with the Novitec Stage 1?

    Hello all,

    I currently have a 2011 458 which I really enjoy but am considering some upgrades. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Novitec stage one system? Obviously it's a pretty penny but I'm wondering if the performance upgrade it noticeable enough to be worth it or if I should just go exhaust and headers for 1/2 the price and get most of the benefit. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    After a ton of research and sound comparos, I went with the IPE F1 Titanium setup with the catless test pipe and LOVE it! I don't think there is anything on the market for the 458 that sounds better IMO.

    Thanks for the info! Do you have DEQ/emissions issues? I thought I read somewhere if I went with sport cats I could get CEL issues and may have issues passing DEQ. Thanks again!

    You don't need more power on 458, because the rear grip is not enough. The car will spin out of control instead of more fun. Go for exhaust, header and catless, that will make your car sounds very close to the XX cars. Novitec muffler screams higher than IPE (but I don't know about the IPE titanium). Just make sure you get one with the flap, so neighbours won't knock on your door.
