Thanks We need to see more pics of the red car interior. It has CF steering wheel and optionnal sport seats https://scontent.cdninstagram.com/t51.2885-15/e35/17125733_1419178384813424_2019011753018392576_n.jpg

To my eye for what it is worth, they are trying too hard to make the interior into a TDF lite. It is not and I find all the red edging to the dash etc frankly pretty tasteless. The basic cockpit design is there but they need to remember they are not Lambo or Novitec but a company with a reputation for style. In comparison, the grey cars interior, much as one could see, looked so much better.

Thank you Mr Massini. But why such strange take on the pictures and the colours look a bit washed out (the red one)? The whole car is beautiful. [edit] The next photos are interesting and show the car much better. Thanks again.
Thank you! IMO the grey one looks so much better, almost like a different car all together! The red, judging from the photo's, is almost a turn-off.
And I think the 720s is very cohesive compared to this 812 chop-shop rear treatment. Lets be honest here...that rear is a complete miss.
Rear from the windscreen all the way around the sides to where the vents stick-up...... looks very Lambo-esque...sorry to say.....
Thanks Marcel. Maybe I am reading too much into a small issue, but the V12 6.5 on the engine casting really worries me. This is not Ferrari. Also, looking at the Sabbia seats, their angular pattern really reminds me of Lamborghini.
I'm sure the 812 will be a truly stunning car to drive but the rear end is just awful. I also agree with Tim, in that there are a few 'lamboesque' style similarities.
+1 Man in sweater is number one guilty if we see Ferrari heading in wrong direction. Flavio Manzoni is strong number two!
I fear that I must agree, with the caveat that is in the colors thus far seen. Has any 812 in nero or the darker blues or grays been seen or rendered? Would be interesting to me to see the rear in those darker colors. T
I too, see many angular elements. I felt the lower splitter and very broad rear on the 488 were veering into "Lamborghini" territory, and now I see the way they cut out the dash for the vents: very angular. And even the vents themselves, they have a bit of that Lamborghini theater to them. It's just not the Ferrari I have come to know. The steering wheel does look better with the CF treatment. I agree, the V12 and the displacement on the motor is out of past character and I wish they left it off. Has anyone else noticed the transmission buttons are now not angled toward the driver? Thus, they need only one part whether its RHD or LHD... All that said, seeing the car in various videos today, I think I understand it better now and I just want to see it in person, there's no substitute for that.
Either haha. Funnily enough I think F12 looks better than 812 and 675 looks better than 720S. I'll take the "old" "cheap" cars.
Thank you Marcel and everyone for the pictures. I am still not a lover of matte finishes, though here it does show the lines.
At this present moment ... not a car for me... too much similar to a Jaguar and a lamborghini.... i hope to change fast this opinion...

In an interview in 2014 Flavio Manzoni when asked about how he kept the level of consistency when designing a car he said - "The basic rule is that a true Ferrari must be immediately identifiable even without any badging" After looking with great attention and for a while to all the pictures and videos published here where the 812 rear sections appear, If the Ferrari name and symbol weren't visible there I honestly think not many people would guess this car is a Ferrari.
