    LOVE this car!
one of best looking 5000s to me

p.s. i think the bull on the back was added at a later time and car was born without it

    Thanks a lot!

I think the bull was always present, I have early pictures of it bearing the bull. The thing is that it was stolen at a certain point and replaced with a silver one. Which I swaped with a correct black one this winter.

    Beautiful!

    An older image below.

1984 production LP500S were supplied with the bull badge FWIW.

Feel free to invert the "S" when you have time.

Thanks for the kind words. I do think the same, but of course I'm biased!

On the other hand, I can't wait to see the progresses on your model.

    All the best,

    Ed.

    No problem and Thanks :D

I am going to do one in your spec just to tease you. I am just finishing the underside, then front Suspension, then I can start printing the whole car!! after that I will do the engine and front compartment.

Here is the functional suspension test I did for the rear :)

    Hi Jim,
One day I will get a QV head flowtested (somebody on here probably has!) will have a word with my garage to see if they have an old head I can borrow....
I have swapped the six DD carbs for six jenvey twin barrel tbs mounted under the standard airbox so One tb per cylinder, I have 470bhp* so far
Although I cannot remember if I used the 40 or 42mm Tbs .

Twin bodies DCNF style : TC body 42mm. DCNF - Jenvey Dynamics

    *465 plus go faster stripes.......

We have those here in the US. my friend Derek recently rebuilt his Jalpa motor with these and it appears to be as powerful as the original if not more. Have you got a dyno reading?

Looks fantastic. How bolt on was it? Did you have to modify the gas tanks?
