You are not alone. Some of us love the brand and the cars and will be honest with themselves and to others of what is quite evident. Doesn't mean you are a basher. In fact, people come to this site for the facts and it does the community and the brand a service to just say it like you believe - one way or the other.

 

It's still early. I backdoored with the earlier link (US) but I still show it pending when I hit the main US site (although it's late and I haven't tried logging into my Ferrari so maybe it's up here). Either way, I bet they will work out the kinks in short order.

 

In my opinion on the street 812 looks way better than F12....

It's different. No point in comparing it to the f12 anymore.

 

Me too, since the first sight, really a massive change, maybe very challenging, but beautiful. Ferrari has entered the future, I'm looking forward to see what comes for the 488 VS. I know in 1 years or after having seen it on road, 90 % of pople on the forum will love it as much as the F12, some more, some less. TDF is no comparable, but if an 812 VS will come, then things will become very hot.

 

Perhaps some of the problems are related to the huge number of people trying to use the configurator.

Things will get better soon.

Yes, I mean the whole package. I fell in love in its aggresive and modern look. Its not as beautiful as F12 but more... lets say sexy I had the same feeling 5 years ago when I was in huge love with 599GTO and then F12b came out. I thought "Ok, its different, it more beautiful, but GTO is more sexy".

 

The configurator is currently down, hopefully for a useful update.

But I agree, other companies configurators are so much better and more realistic. If anyone needs a good configurator it is Ferrari as these cars are so rare you can't just pop into your local showroom to see them in multiple colours and specs.
