I have a small picture of it from the rear and the wing looks to be in approximately the normal position relative to the rear of the car - so I would wonder if it is a factory wing on custom legs? (i.e., a more laid back angle)

The louvres on the engine cover are black, too, an intriguing touch...

nope, we fitted a small tank in the corner of the engine bay, supplied by the original fuel system, and ran the fuel injection pump from that. I will try and find a photo.
There was a certain amount of fabrication involved, but not a lot (my bill only shows one part). My only gripe is that I was guessing somewhat at the size of TB I needed, and the original injectors wouldnt fit, so smaller ones were needed, costing significantly more.
I miss the popping and banging, but, she starts with just a turn of the key.

We've got the carbs & ignition on our GLA12997 properly dialed-in and it starts at the turn of a key, hot or cold, there is a video somewhere demonstrating just that.

Great fun to see people around the world tinkering/modifying our cars,to me ,the DD will have to remain a DD, as much as a fuelie has to remain a fuelie, the right fuelpressure and full carb bowls,a few quick squirts from the acc pumps, should fire this baby right up. Just as my fuelie does, click the key to start pos, then back, pumps run 3 or so sec ,the car barks to life instantley. Only annoying thing is the idle stays up there, a tad to long. When cold,

Wait, how cold is considered cold in your area?? You've got no choke, right?

Im in the UK, its freezing over here, so a carb without a choke is not a good idea, let alone 6 of them. I want to let her warm up without me having to feather the throttle or set the idle to high (I have had problems with neighbours)

    No choke, I'm in California.

By cold start, I'm referring to the first start of the day after the car has been sitting, say overnight, not the weather temperature per se.

Should be a 'C' if mine is anything to go by. 12550 is a 1982 model?

    What are today's prices?

Let's take as an Example the following Countach:
"Color black or white. European delivery, 30.000 KMs, perfectly restored by the best, new perfect paint, engine redone and still bearing its original interior. No pouch with books or tools. Car in Europe. "

What are today's prices to all of you?

    - LP400S1 low-body (50 units) ???
    - LP400S2 low-body (105 units) ???
    - LP400S3 (82 units) ???
    - LP5000S (323 units) ???

Any if you want to list any premiums for anything special please do (options, rare color, etc).

    Thanks!

That's an interesting and specific set of criteria.

Its just an Example, its mainly to gauge the price difference between a S1,S2,S3 and 5000S using the same criteria.
