To be fair there is such a range of color when viewing these pictures here it could be any similar shade of blue. Blu LeMans is also close and there have been pictures of the same car posted in different shades of blue that certainly confuse us. The blue cars are certainly elegant with and edge of aggression to them. At least Peter has a choice between blue cars and red cars!
Yes It was some "Pinaillage" from me. A french word for debating about details when it's not necessary ahaha
I don't mind the yellow calipers, but I understand the criticism from those who do. I've learned what works for me: rather than have hard and fast rules such as "no yellow calipers", rather, I have my preferences. So far the only rule that's stuck is on truly black wheels. I just don't like them. But maybe one day that will change too? Anyway, Mr. Mann's car is also one of my favorites as is Traveller's and also ttforcefed's Argento. I have yet to see a TDF where I thought- no way would I have this in my driveway. You are all fortunate owners and I hope you use and enjoy them to the fullest! Based on owner write ups and my extrapolation from the F12b, I can only imagine this car to be such a beast! One day I would enjoy having a drive in one. For now I will just imagine!
I don't recall anything with those colors used like that in the historic cars. Though the expanded stripe around the nose style has proven surprisingly popular. That style of red stripe on one of the earlier black tdF cars was very effective. I think that particular tdF also has the racing seats to.
Hi of2worlds, are you referring to the TdF owned by chaussurecowboy (https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/145219694-post5043.html)? If yes, then I think the colour is Blu Pozzi!
Yes you are correct; Blu Pozzi it is. Thank you for the correction. I should have first checked the dcmetro tdF owners list...
My Grigio Ferro TDF showed up fashionably late last week. I want to thank Eilig for sending me photos of his Speciale in this color. It helped confirm my decision before I locked my order. I realize silver wheels with black calipers are not everybody's cup of tea, but that's why they're called options... Image Unavailable, Please Login
That's the 5 o'clock cup of tea of a well known english man on this board. I personnaly love the clean and effective configuration. Can we see the interior ?
