    It will look spectacular with the satin-black trim that the P400 variant has, Bravo for returning this Miura to its former glory, Im confident it will be one of the best P400 extant. I look forward to going over it as it progresses and I think we should have Valentino test drive it upon completion.

    That's unfortunate, clearly a repair was performed, but they got it wrong again.

    How hard can it be to source a template of the correct placement of the badges?

    Someone who didn't know or simply didn't care what was correct.

    As with your Countach,you know how to pick the right original color cars to restore, Miuras look very good in any shade of green. Can not wait to see it done, what is the interior color?

    Thanks, Nils. Interior was very original including original black basketweave seats. We have restored the seat inlays and they look like new. I'll post photos of them as the work progresses. Here is a photo of the interior prior to restoration.

    A nice looking Miura SV in the photos, but once you get up close... you can see panel fit issues and other things... which is why I believe it did not sell in Arizona. There were a couple Miura owners down at that auction that looked over it.

    If you are thinking about this car, go see it in person... all items that can remedied of course, but good to know what you are getting into.
