    Today an original Strella Sekonda. They are reproducing them now but the originals have the radioactive paddle hands and say "Made In USSR" at the 6 o'clock.

    darth550 - the comic banter on this forum is as sophisticated as the watches.

    dstacy - that Strella is really cool. I suppose you should be wearing your radiation shield to check your exposure level with that timepiece. I love a chrono with a bicompax dial. In fact I bought one today made by the French.

    cwilson13 - The Sinn U1 is so different looking and so tough that it was a must-have for me.
    I can say that the rubber strap and the oversized clasp are not good unless you have a really large wrist. I need to find a strap alternative for this and have 2 NATOs on order.

    Now that I am off duty for the day and the Sangria is flowing I have regressed to a Daytona.

    Thanks. Could not be happier with it. Love the complications. Even better that it has two time zones for my travel.

    Although I have a panerai that is quite nice. Can't help but feel I finally got a "real" watch for grown ups... :)

    After I changed the strap yesterday (testing my dexterity) I am wearing the Omega Seamaster 300 Spectre (my girlfriend hates the look of the NATO strap so I had to adjust and install the steel one).
