Hi guys Whats the procedure for resetting the suspension light? I've just had my front shocks replaced on my 456 Cheers in advance.
If there's nothing amiss it should reset automatically on the first drive cycle. If it doesn't there's something amiss.
Might be the same as a 550. Instructions in this thread. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/456-550-575-sponsored-bradan/497013-got-check-suspension-warning-light-today.html Basically, you have to power off the battery and turn it back on again. Good luck. .
The first drive of the day, the light's off. After that, when I start my car, the light goes on. Next day, light's off, etc. Had the car checked many times. Suspension's fine. Now I don't get worried; just annoyed.
Intermittent suspension warning lights are more than likely caused by a cold solder joint in one of the actuators. See this: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/139904900-post27.html
