I am a long term 550 owner, S/N 113341, Assembly Number 30601 and I just came across the 575 listings that you linked in post 3863. What a great resource.

Do you have, or do you know of a similar listing for the 550?

Gary- Just for the 575 . So far no 550 owner has decided to look into it.

 

John, that looks like Leeds Castle in Kent. I was there last week in my 550, but could only get it as far as the car park (below) - how did you manage to get to the moat, you must have a VIP pass. Anyway here she is, along with a brother-sister image with my 575 the same day.

Hoping to take the 575 out again this weekend, English weather depending.

That's right Darius, it is Leeds.

A special enclosure was organised by Sy of the Drivers' Union (Angelis on here). In fact it was on the inside of the perimeter road and I nipped into this position on my way out! It is well worth joining the Drivers' Union as Sy has organised some good events for supercars. (see Drivers Union - Supercar Owners Club )

To shoot cars for our magazines at a location like that the permissions run into the thousands, so you did very well! Great shot.

It is indeed a truly beautiful place, and fabulous place to juxtapose a Maranello!

While standing in the car park trying to take my own (much duller) photo, I noticed an elderly couple approaching my 550. The wife was saying "No, it's not a Ferrari", the husband was muttering it was a Ferrari; this continued all the way as they peered inside the car, and only stopped when they read the name on the boot, and then wandered off, at peace again, towards their bus.

Saw this one yesterday at Brands Hatch, been a long time since I've seen one in the wild (stint in Africa might have something to do with this!). Still such a stunning car, perfect colour. Met the owner by chance a few minutes later, nice guy. Can't wait till I get one!
