Thanks for the delightful words. Actually though you are quite frankly wrong, I have not stood on corners asking cars to "rev-it rev-it". You must have me mistaken for someone else because never have I done so in my entire time doing this.
Kiddie, you just forced the great Shmee150 to register to defend himself...!! Don't worry Tim... Kiddie is cool. He probably confused you with another spotter. Nobody will punch you.
what do you guys think about my spec? is a bit too aggressive I believe.... I choose a Giallo modena with a blue sterling interior...the only thing that is different from the complete spec from these pictures is the stearing wheen doenst have the carbon driving zone and of course is missing the blue back wall. Any suggestion, critics? please don't be to harsh.... I was thinking also to add the blue nart central stripe like the 458 speciale and maybe change the caliper and make them blue as well Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here are some pics from last night at The Petersen Museum debut party. The car is stunning in person. Huge thanks to the Mattioli Automotive Group for hosting such an incredible event. The "Seeing Red" exhibit at the museum made a fantastic backdrop. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Do you think you should do the rear section of the interior in blue to match rather than black? Parcel shelf and rear wall. And what did you pick for headliner material and color?
I picked up all the options to make all interior blue sterling (except the back of the seat) with yellow stitching, also the headliner is blue sterling and is all leather.
My neighbor across the street chose to spec his 458 in dark blue. His exterior color was also dark blue, Pozzo blue. It turned out really well Also have you seen the Ferrari video with Alonso driving a triple yellow 458 spider. I think the interior was a dark blue too.
IIRC I did see a YouTube video of Shmee at the Mille Miglia. Hopefully it was him yelling "gas-a gas-a" at all us participants in the Ferrari Tribute...otherwise it would have been a huge disservice to all that is passionate in Italy!
I like it, and would NOT go blue calipers. Yellow out and blu in with the accents in ties it together nicely.
Love this spec, Giallo Triple Strato for the exterior would also look great, although at significant cost. I think yellow really suits the 812, more so than the F12. I have blue sterling in my F12 and I think it is a great color, lots of positive comments from people when they see it.
Giallo tristrato is really awesome indeed but I guess is too much money for me.... May I ask to see some picture of your f12 interior please? would be really nice to have a look. thanks a lot in advance!!!
Here is a different blue interior (tdF example - not mine) for some ideas> Image Unavailable, Please Login
