    Hi Team,
Completely different criteria than the dream car.
For the daily driver, I need reliability, powerful supply chain, commonality, and something I wouldn't mind leaving in an airport parking occasionally.
    Thanks!

    Toyota Camry or Honda Accord?

Not sure what you meant by "powerful supply chain"? Does that mean easy to get parts for it?

Depends a lot on climate and space needs. Have to caveat I'll die before I drive any of the passion sucking vehicles made by the Japanese manufacturers.

In the generally reliable, major brand, not too expensive cross section, I'd recommend:

    Sporty:
    Corvette
    Audi s5

    Comfy:
    E class coupe (2018 only)

    More Roomy:
    GMC Yukon
    Gls class

    Less roomy:
    Porsche Macan
    Audi q5

Used Lexus (ie 2010 and older).

Zero passion but easy on service, can leave without stressing.

Hyundai. Amazing bang for the buck. They're very reliable and won't let you down (at least speaking personally about the Elantras). You can still get them in manual I think. My brother has one from 2011 (new) and 80k+ miles without problem. I've rented a couple Elantras recently for a road-trip around AZ/UT/NV and put 2k miles on it in 5 days (with 115 degree temps) and this past week for a AL/GA/FL trip I had another Elantra and I put 1.5k miles in 6 days.

Another good choice. I've had two Hyundais and they are pretty hard to kill.

Accord Coupe. It actually has room for four and a big trunk. Can get a manual, although if you want leather and a manual it has to be the V6.

I have more than got my money out of my 2009 at this point. A car you cannot even order these days: EX-L with Nav, the four cylinder engine, and a manual. 267,000 miles with only oil changes and brakes. Just recently had to replace wheel bearings and shocks but that is about it.

I too am shopping for a better car these days, $20k-ish used range. Cars like a 320i or A5 that are a couple of years old. But I am still tempted to keep and normally drive the Honda until it is truly dead, it really has been a great car overall.
