That will be great to see but expensive to choose. Ferro 3 layer could prevent the slightly dull look in the shade and give it pop.
CdF triplo strato shoudn't be too far from Maserati's Grigio Lava, a triple layer "graphite" grey that I desperatly want to see on a Ferrari
Hope to see my 812 in Q1 next year Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
CDF 3-layer sounds lovely but unfortunately simply too much gold unless they use more silver-grey in the metallic for your specimen...good luck and if you don't mind please take some pics (outside)
I think the 812 dash works better in a monotone, like you have done, rather than the two tone traditional style. I like the look of the standard seats too. Are you getting full electric seats? Are they ventilated? Ive always done full electric but I may not with the 812. The seat fit me perfectly and I rarely used the lumbar and other pneumatic adjustments to much benefit in the three other F cars I've owned. If it were a convertible, the heated function is useful though.
I don't think ventilation is an option. I made the same decision on not ticking the electric seat option box since my SpA and TDF did not come with the option of electric seats, and I found I did not miss that option at all given I am usually the only driver. So saved $10K AUD and considerable weight.
Agreed on the single tone dash. I did not select the full electric seats since I'm the only driver. My wife doesn't like to drive my Sports cars as she thinks they are a pain to ingress and egress and "rides too bumpy". I usually get the racing seats but chose the standard seats this time because they look great and comfy. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks Olivier. A little bummed that I won't see my CDF Lusso before factory closes in august. Was told the delay was due to the exterior color.
TDF is great. Been traveling quite a bit so haven't put many miles on it besides driving it to my golf club. Need to take her out for a serious drive.
CDF is a historical color, not standard. So I'm told that's what's delaying the process. I didn't order any variations of CDF
Noted. FYI both scraggy (UK-based) and myself have CDF - his must have arrived. Mine is 11 July arrival.
Question about the stitched horse on the headrest. What color did you pick? It looks a little lighter than Nero to my eyes. Charcoal?
It's Nero, same as the stitching and the interior detail. Just the effect of the picture make s it look grey
Thanks! Just placed my order this morning. Waiting to hear about Homelink and a few other items which my dealer needs clarification on. I also want auto tilt on the wing mirror when reversing to avoid curbing my wheels when parking. And electrochromic rear view and wing mirrors too. Do I need full electric seat package in order to include these items ?
thanks, I never did either and unfortunately No longer so excited at all as the colour is being chosen by too many folks. Will most probably order another one when I go to my dealer tomorrow to collect the loaner GTC4L I've been given to drive until my - delayed by 11 days - car arrives and then drive it till newest one arrives.....
This grey looks nice on the 812 rear. Silverstone maybe in sunlight? https://www.instagram.com/p/BV334-LFmk2/?taken-by=only_812superfast
So far all the metallic colours have looked good. We need to see a few more examples of "flat"colours....my feeling is they won't stand out as much and won't show her curves as well.....
