The 812 Just knocked the wind out the F12 second hand market 812 its $80,000 cheaper than F12. Ferrari 812 Superfast priced to kill - motoring.com.au
Rinse and repeat story, same time and time again, been hashed for decades "no stock, years for supply" total nonsense you will be able to buy one off the showroom floor if you are not fussy with the spec./build and happy to take what they Italians want to dump on us. Same as that other rubbish line, "want to make xxxx and keep it exclusive", another lie, if they had the factory for it, they would pump out 10,000+ a year Just marketing babble and to condition you not to ask for a discount.
Ian timed it perfectly... The bubble has burst. What do you reckon Steve? http://rmsothebys.com/ca17/santa-monica/lots/1978-ferrari-308-gts/1703828
That's 8K under what the dealers like gullwing are asking. I walked away from a white pommy RHD 308GTB Koenig that Gullwing had 2 months ago for 50K in NewYork because of rust issues. I guess the auction price is on the money if you look at the US market.
Great, 308s will be $50k again. Look forward to buying one in blue Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Not unexpected, every model Ferrari Australia has released since the Cali T has been cheaper than it's predecessor, all part of the strategy to bring prices closer to what you'll be able to import a new car for from 2018 onwards. M
The 575 is a keeper. It's everything I would want in a Ferrari. I'd like a V8 as well if they get cheap enough
I've always liked the Mondial styling and would happily have one. 3 for sale at the moment, all above $65k. I'd wager they would all swallow up $20k very quickly. I see value at $40k and I predict there will be good buying in about 6 months
Interesting this Video was shot late last year, and there commonts are pretty much on the mark. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwXV4jwFwv4
.....or cheaper, depending on what site you look at.... https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/mount-nathan/cars-vans-utes/1983-ferrari-mondial-coupe/1147410079
I have to admit that whilst never being a fan of these, this thing doesn't look tooo bad in a hotrod kinda way.
