Survivor. It shows some wear in person, but nothing crazy. I'm going to do a few upgrades, then ride the snot out of it.
Unless you state allows the conversion of off road machines to be street legal the Honda XR650L is one of the best.
My biggest concern is power - for the street. I used to have a Kawi KLR 650. A lot of fun in easy dirt, but down a bit on the street.
Ooo... I love that bike. Nicely presented too. I also like that they took the exhaust cans out from under the seat (ala Buell). My 1098 was too hot, especially during Central FL summers (which is all year long).
The main reason I sold my 959 was the excessive heat, and I do mean excessive. It wasn't fun to ride because of it. Tough to beat the looks of Ducati though. I understand the appeal and don't knock other owners. They're just not for me.
I wouldn't have called the heat on my 848 excessive at all, but there may as well be a pool of sweat in my leathers on a hot day riding my 1199.
My 1948 Indian Chief. Was off the road for approximately 20 years. Not really restored. Just cleaned up and repaired as needed. Runs great now. I'm a motorcycle rider but it's been 40 years since I've ridden a Chief. Hand shift and foot clutch kept me practicing in a parking lot for awhile before I braved the streets.
