    I wonder in cases like this if they are going to rebuild the car after a crash like this (or harder) or replace it with a new one.

    488s have a large subframe where engine is mounted, about 1/3 of a complete frame.
    That can be replaced if like a well known 430GT was severely damaged front and rear and main structure damaged: new chassis
    I have seen 458s getting complete new rear subframe and even new chassis (with s/n of the wrecked car)

    car can not be repaired quickly, no race for them.

    I like the color of the “52” car for Le Mans.
    Wouldn’t it be nice to have a plain red one with no sponsoring, just racing numbers.
