Great spec-congratulations. Never appreciated the painted shields but I accept the standard shields do appear to look undersize relative to the space available on this design. You've clearly gone for it as a 'keeper', is that because its last production n/a?

    Excellent wheel,choice by the way!

Not quite right eg colour is less yellow and seats are not perforated but hope helpful.

A few extra camp items not listed but hopefully helps everybody with their options.

    Lots of interesting build details!

It seems the yellow in the painted shield sort of compliments the yellow for the calipers. Too many colors and things start to look busy. Tricky business making all the choices work....

All non carbon items on outside look cheap I am afraid, especially inner front grill and exhaust area.

Sill maybe could leave if spec dark.

70th just does not 'pop' and is essentially a darker RC, not especially noteworthy basically

With that exterior color all the action is with the interior. WOW!
    Thank you for sharing here.

I believe the car will look better with the "normal" TDF wheels, looks a bit gangsta even with the gold brakes.

Guess I know my GTC that will go against this is a 9/12 month car hence Nero Daytona etc. I am very nervous about EV and AV so this could be a keeper.

If the world goes EV does Ferrari provenance and brand hold eg would the car Hammond crashed be just as desirable eg like Tesla has done to mass market.

Hmm will have to think some more. In the past I didn't spec carbon on parts that would be covered by clear bra. My dealer says when removing the clear bra the carbon finish can come off. Not sure if anyone has had experience with that happening.

    Great looking spec
Question about the painted shields: do the CGI images accurately represent their size? Seem smaller than on the TDF
    Thanks

Yes painted are quite big, in fact I went to the Museo after (rubbish) and they are pretty much exactly the same as the historic cars.

It strikes me they left much more space for painted shields on the 812 than with the F12. This is purely my own sensibility, but on the F12, while I like the romantic idea of a painted SF shield, the result looks too big for the available space on the aero bridge. I think it will work out much better on the 812.

The small shield does look ridiculous in that shot.

Yes they do look to small - But the big question to me would be If one where to get the painted shields then what color calipers ?
IMO yellow or any colored calipers would be competing with the painted shields So best to stick with standard calipers - what you think :)
