    Hoping there is a one stop shop that offer a complete oil change kit for my f430, including the factory spec'd oil, filter, o-rings, and anything else necessary.

    I'd go ahead and get the oil cap wrench too, and then you can properly torque the oil filter to the correct tightness, prevent leaks, and not worry about getting it back off next oil change. ;)

    Nope, don't use a wrench to "torque" an oil filter. You'll risk damaging the filter and if it's too tight, it will leak. A totally flattened gasket won't be able to serve its purpose. Just tighten by hand and it will become tighter over time. Then you can use various tools to remove the filter and you won't need to worry about damaging the filter at that point.
