Deleted, sorry I mistaken one posted car with another. That other one was RHD. Is the car actually there on display?
Very nice blue! But a busy A with gold wheels and red calipers plus a big white stripe. Obviously someone liked the effect as this A appears to be gone now... Image Unavailable, Please Login
The view from on high in post #1385 of a pair of Speciale A models shows an interesting detail. The red A has it's strip continue over the top edge of the windshield. However on the yellow A the stripe is missing at the very top of the windshield. Was that stripe detail an option or simply a mistake to omit it on the yellow A?

To continue the stripe over the windshield was an option - some people liked to have the continuous stripe on the roof while others (standard) didn't want the stripe there when they had the top down. I opted to have the stripe there on mine. Image Unavailable, Please Login
DavidJames1 many thanks for sharing that information regarding the stripe option. Your Speciale A has a wonderful specification and that factory view picture shows the stripe perfectly to!
This AMAZING Speciale A has made a return to the market still with only 224 miles showing! >>>>>We have just added to our extensive exotic car inventory a beautiful 2015 Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta in Grigio Abu Dhabi over Grigio and Blu Scuro with only 224 miles. This one-off, special ordered Aperta is loaded with $147,000 worth of options: Two-tone racing stripes in NART Blue and Bianco Fuji, what we believe to be every optional piece of available carbon fiber inside and out, all carbon fiber factory tintcoated in blue including intake plenums and airbox, inverted color scheme upholstery on left and right seats, Alcantara seat inserts, horses embroidered on headrests, leather racing stripes on seats, Alcantara headliner, AFS system, blue brake calipers, factory front end protection film, seat belts in blue, suspension lifter, carbon fiber sport seats, contrasting stitching in grey and blue, horses embroidered on headrests, leather rear wall, Alcantara floor covering, two tone leather and carbon fiber steering wheel with LED's, upper dashboard in color, lower dashboard in color, rev counter in yellow, carbon fiber upper zone, carbon fiber tachometer surround, carbon fiber door panel inserts, carbon fiber console top, carbon fiber console body, carbon fiber sill plates, navigation, cruise control, leather and carpeted floor mats with embroidery, Alcantara headliner, satellite radio, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, 20 forged wheels in titanium finish, carbon fiber front spoiler flaps, carbon fiber rocker sill winglets, carbon fiber rear diffuser, carbon fiber B pillar trim, front and rear parking sensors with rear camera, books, tools, car cover and much more. This is likely the highest optioned Speciale Aperta built with an MSRP of $474,367.00. Honestly must be seen to be appreciated.
The dealership Ron Tonkin has a white Speciale A with only 58 miles on it. Silver wheels and black stripe. Somewhat unusual for an A the seats are leather Italia race seats with yellow stitching. First one I have seen featuring these seats.
Don't remember - but I think it was something ridiculous in Australian $ - A$1,700 comes to mind but I'll try and check back in old files to see what it was. Remember Australian taxes are probably higher than US or European ones.
