All I read was ".. blah blah blah CABOOLTURE blah blah blah.." My wife is a judge in QCAT - I think I'd win that one
Waderyermean? I didn't live in it,some welfare recipients and their pigdogs were the tenants, originally, then I had some normal folk in there(they were the P's ITA at the death). The housing or access of the cars was never an issue and the property did it's job.
Absolutely there was never a garage built big enough, unless your name is RM Me, in my budget 1 acre block, I am in the process of having two bedrooms at the back of the garage removed and the whole lot extended 6 meters ( height for a hoist), one side will have drive through capability to access my future shed in the back for more cars.
lol! not looking to create a job! Graeme seems like you're all organized... Gizzi we'll talk next time (work day tomorrow so I can't join the run) but here's the link to what I consider a fabulous garage http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/206-246/514934-what-does-your-garage-look-like-2.html the posters on the right hand side are part of the garage doors. Lighting is not great, though.
Worked for me, In case any one needs more inspiration have a wander through this thread, 500 pages of it http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/detailing-showroom/4374-garage-pics.html

The American civil war saw terrible loss of life on both sides, men fought bravely and died horribly. The human carnage is still felt today, as it is for us when we visit the Somme or Gallipoli. Nor was Robert E Lee by any means a one-dimensional character or a war monger. By any measure he was a great man and a great American. The repeal of slavery may have been a headline issue, but equally important was the southern state's desire for self determination and not to be dictated to by the North East states. There is a parallel with "draining the swamp" and this is why the extreme left today uses the memorials and KKK imagery to vilify Trump. 8 years of Obama did nothing to improve the situation of black Americans, it just put more of them into welfare traps. The facts of BLM don't support the narrative. Ironically the Democrats depleted the manufacturing jobs that were so important to improving the lives of black people and Trump wants to recover them.
New public service social media policy is 'overreach': union boss Nadine Flood Yep, that seems totally reasonable. To clarify though, I completely agree that you cannot complain about your department, co-workers, etc without expecting some sort of issues, that's normal for ANY job, don't crap on your employer. But this is threatening the ability to discuss policy in areas where you don't even work.
This is what happens when the left get involved with councils. They should stick to organising rubbish collection Melbourne's Yarra Council drops Australia Day ceremonies despite warning from Turnbull government
That's what the post of mine a couple back was meant to refer to, but doesn't for some reason....but yeah...what you said.
One could also make the analogy with today that the South went got drawn into an agenda based on lots of catchy rhetoric with little organisation or real framework in place to make the dream a reality and with the interference of a foreign state (England then; probably several these days). Slavery was very much a sidebar at the beginning of the war - it was REPUBLICAN president Lincoln who was concerned in keep the states United. I sometimes wonder if today's 'Confederates' ever stop to think what North America would look like today if the Union hadn't prevailed? The left can use KKK etc to vilify Trump only so long as he doesn't distance himself from them.
