    I posted these photos on another thread. These were taken last weekend at Casa Ferrari at Pebble Beach. This 288 is being auctioned next month by RM Sotheby's in Maranello as part of the 70th Anniversary celebrations. You'll notice the car has no AC or power windows. Does anyone know how many 288's were ordered without AC or power windows? I believe I heard 19 but I'm not certain.

    Looks like it still has some awful stuff from the original DOT/EPA conversion: Fasten seat belt light and unleaded fuel only sticker on dash. I would return it to original if it were mine.

    When we staged our GTO Reunion in 2009, I estimated there were plus or minus 30 cars in the USA, that number is constantly changing of course, for example, I just sold one to the Far East.

    I haven't counted but they are distinctly in the minority, in other words that combonation is a rare application.
