There were no shots of the pedal cluster in the movie so unless there's a way to identify one from the exterior there's no way to tell if it's a Valeo unless someone associated with the film has said. Agree that the OP's car is great looking, in addition to being very rare and special. There will likely come a day when some of us will think back on the price it's offered at and kick ourselves repeatedly. I think more/better pics would be a big help in generating more interest in this car.
Thanks, and I agree with you regarding price. When the car comes home, I will provide more pictures, as clearly these don't do it justice. In the interim, the car is in Colorado where a PPI can be performed for anyone interested.
Last engine out major service was performed last spring-2016. In addition to the major, the axles were rebuilt, steering rack boots replaced, car was detailed. Car is still available.
That whole shifting thing just blew my mind. I want to drive it so badly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
OMG. I've never known this. I'm tongue on the floor amazed. To then have Jeremy clarkson show at the end is even more galactic. Old Top Gear go figure. Thanks OP!!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
There's been some tire kicking along the way and lowball offers, but it will sell if its meant to be. At this point, I want it to go to the right buyer. This is a well sorted, fine example of a Ferrari. I too am a bit baffled that it hasn't been purchased for its practicality, rareness, and overall beauty. Whether it's taking your wife on vacation with luggage, your kids/grandkids for ice cream, going to car shows, and not having to continuously depress a clutch pedal while still enjoying the gated shifter...this car does it all. If it's going to sell, its going to have to come close to my current ask. I suggest any potential buyers contact me and let me put you in touch with Dave who has personally driven/serviced the car and can give an unbiased review.
I would really like to own that car. I loved my mondial. Hank sound own a valeo since many years and he only has praises to say about her. I hope it find the right buyer.
