I give them benefit of doubt that they've gone with a full dry setup tomorrow. However...as far as I know so have the Red Bulls...and they've done rather well! We'll see tomorrow before Crucifixion.
We get it. You don't like Hamilton. Despite your consistent taunts at the driver about his race or sexual preference, his results speak for themselves (in same equipment against his teammate). Let us not forget Schumacher had an era of unlimited testing and bespoke tire. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Exactly...Schumacher actually did something to turn the Ferrari into a winner, Lewis and Rosberg did nothing unless it was them constructing the power unit
Or maybe Schumacher had plenty of time to develop a car to his taste, with plenty of laps to practice. Hamilton has no such luxury but has to adapt to the car almost as it is, with no period of testing.
A monkey could win in the Mercedes. Put elton in the Bennettons of 94 and 95, he wouldn't have won a race, let alone a title. He's fast yes, but he isn't anywhere near the best of even this current season, let alone all time. I won't apologise for being a ferrari tifosi on a ferrari site.... hope elton crashes tomorrow, and hope bottles beats him this year like Nico did last year Forza Ferrari
Except that Toto has said many times it ok that Lewis is fine in Hollywood instead of showing up for testing as he really does not provide feedback about he car, he just gets in and goes fast. If the car is great Lewis is great. Developing a car is not Lewis' strong suit similar to Ronnie Peterson.
Indeed With the test ban the era of developing a car ended. Was quite obvious when MS couldn't develop the Merc either anymore
Im not sure about all that. I think Bottas can drive better than a monkey...maybe not one of those fancy kind that can do sign language and all that, but a normal everyday monkey...he could probably outdrive . I think you need to be more specific about exactly which kind of primate. People keep saying "put anyone in the car" ...well they did...tbey put Bottas in and hes not making anyone feel bad with his domination. Lewis.. Like him or not can drive the **** out of that car. Best car for sure...by a mile...but you gotta drive it to its limit and not make mistakes. That what Lewis brings. But any rate...who wouldve ever thought that Stroll in a Williams no less and Ocon would outdrive both Ferraris. Matchet said that there isnt a night and difference between wet and dry setups...subtleties for sure...but nothing to explain that showing.
Frankly you are becoming ridiculous now with your bigoted posts. Nobody says you have to worship Hamilton, but denigrating his achievements the way you do, don't give much credit to your opinion.
Hehe, and the car. The only saving grace from today is that SF did not crash or damage the cars as far as we know. I pray they can get around the traffic tomorrow and have at it. It should be another drag race. Also I think the longer wheel base suits Hams brake locking style. Or late braking style. He has done it much less this year and it has helped. Also the cheats for both teams on the the clutch levers on the steering wheels.
I believe all the teams qualified on dry settings.Perhaps Ferrari were running extremely low downforce, after running too much in Spa,as a result the tyres did not really switch on in Q3 etc and they struggled. They should be good for the race though, expect a podium. Lewis should take the win easily, unless he gets punted off on the first lap. Plenty of overtaking opportunities at Monza, with the mixed up grid the first corner will be very interesting. Stroll did a brilliant job of course in every wet session. He is used to starting and winning from the front and i do not think he has any problem in the race craft area.So he might well make the podium again, which would of course be awesome.Realistically if he is in the top 6 it would still be impressive.
Do you really honestly believe Hamilton is a better driver than Fangio, Clark, Senna, Prost, Schumacher and Stewart?
Better is a never ending discussion,of course, considering different era's etc. GOAT is another very contentious one,but i think Lewis will, eventually, be remembered as ONE of the the greatest drivers of his era,and maybe even all time.
Man, I want to see a good and exciting race - Spa, for me as a viewer, was massively boring. Monza is another favorite track of mine, so a great race would be awesome. I'd like to see Ferrari win on merit (good strategy, great driving, whatever) or some surprise from any other team than Mercedes. The grid is mixed and I don't know how messy that first turn is going to get - a few years ago wasn't it a HUGE disaster for a lot of teams? Let's go, Forza Ferrari!
Lewis will be very nervous of Stroll's temptation to win in the first corner. Let's see what happens.
Yea, but it was Schumacher's hard work that made the car, not just engineers and bunch of computers, while he was on holiday somewhere.
