This is another level of incredible...

Question... what about the body parts that aren't made of aluminium ? Bumpers ... carbon parts

I am kind of disappointed with the preview.
I thought it would come out looking like the shiny suit the insurance salesman wears> :D

So I’m guessing you are the one who actually is getting the last tdf?

Maybe. Depends on how you define last. Is my serial number the last? No idea. Time will tell. Is it the last off the main assembly line? Probably not but definitely one of the last. Will my car be the last out of the factory? Probably yes.

I was told there are 10 Tdfs left at the factory and during my tour of the V12 line, there was not a single one. I saw a green one finished sitting outside so I assume these 10 are all in finishing or testing. Mine has a problem I would like fixed and if they chose to fix it, I would bet it will be the last to leave.

Amazingly well. I have a picture but have to wait to post. The color of the bumpers and sides are spot on but the difference is the grain of the paint versus the aluminum. Difficult to describe but I was worried and am now really happy with their work.

You know your ****. So many others would be claiming they have the very very last tdf. Kudos for being realistic.

And congratulations on the car, can't wait to see pictures!

Here is another from my iPhone. This is a close up picture of my Count Prestige leather seats with a swath of Cuoio leather laid over it. I LOVE this leather and the seats are spectacular!

Image Unavailable, Please Login There were I believe 6 tdf's on the tour from London to Maranello. The top one FG17 above was in our mini group.

Here's a pic of another alongside my rosso fuoco parked up in Reims.

Overall we drove 2500 miles in 5 days including 950 miles from Parma to the UK in a single hit (barring fuel stops every 2.5 hours) and whilst the performance of the car is well documented I can only say what an impressive machine in terms of the ability to eat up the miles in both the wet and dry over long distances.

France was good and the gendarmes were fair - a few got caught speeding and without front numberplates on the usual 100km stretch on the A26 out of Calais, the next morning they held up traffic to the clear the roads to give us clear passage out of Reims.

The Italian Carabinieri lived up to their legendary status allowing us more than a fair bit of discretion :)
