I just changed my oil and brake fluid last week. I am way too smart (and too old) to try to catch a wheel falling off or trying to hold it and get a stud started. I have 2 mounting studs from Dave and the first time you use them you will laugh at yourself for not being smart enough to have gotten them sooner. GTS Bruce
When Dave's wheel mounting tool showed up Cowgirl immediately wanted to frame it and put it in the entry hall. This made sense to me because the tool is so pretty (what we refer to here around Mayhem Manor as "tool porn") but, in the end, it ended up in Guido's tool kit. BTW, it works exactly as described saving time, aggravation and possible visits to a chiropractor. Highly recommend.
I received mine (2 of them) yesterday and used them today...one heck of a practical tool. Well worth every penny!
I just would like to add..I used them on my wife's VW Tiguan today as well. Just an awesome solution.
Two much easier than one. Positioned together at 11 and 1 on the clock imo is the way to go. Hang it there and slide it back. Thanks Dave for very nicely made product. Bill FL

The community support on these tools has been fantastic and we are down to less than 40 pieces in stock. We've ordered more material for the next production batch of 300 pieces. Thank you all for the support
This solution is a very good idea, particularly for those that own a car with ceramic rotors. I was first exposed to these in the P car world (Porsche includes 2 with every car ordered with PCCB's) and now have 8. (i swap wheels a bunch) the same "thread" size works on my porches, 360 and audis. definitely a good investment.
These are a requirement for our Ferrari dealership. It only take one time of having a wheel improperly mounted to damage the finish on a brake caliper or worse, put a chip on the edge of a CCM brake rotor. Either of these is a costly mistake, the rotor being $7000+. The tools are a very small price to pay to insure that you do not damage your brakes.
This looks like a great idea. Thanks for offering it. Just ordered a set today. Any idea when they might arrive to Maryland, USA?
Thank you for the support, Joe. 17 pieces in stock but our material just arrived for the next production run of 300. The machine is being setup now
