That car was for sale at The Healy Shop for ages. I enquired about it months ago. No service history, no tools, trim had been "painted" (sellers words). So I passed. I guess if the price is right you can overlook these details

I'm on the Historic Autombile Group Index Email list. The HAGI Top Index closed almost unchanged in August, down 0.18% MOM (-0.59 points). For 2017 to date the loss is 3.25%, yet year on year gains were 1.25%. Most other HAGI indices indicated minor changes as well with the HAGI P (classic Porsche) and HAGI F (classic Ferrari) marque indices showing gains of 0.78% and 0.12% respectively, while losses were posted by the HAGI Top Ex (-0.86%) and the HAGI MBCI (-1.12%, classic Mercedes-Benz).
