Not really, these figures include the rear electric motors too. The ICE should be around 500 hp or less.

ok, it seems more realistic, because I've read "the ICE output is 500Kw"

nah. it looks way worse than 918 imo. it has some sort of classic mercdes super car profile but that's the problem- as they are all pretty ugly in my book. the b-pillar is way too thick and the overall stance looks kinda sloppy. wasn't in love with the redbull's car but that thing looks far more unique and desirable than the mb's car.

Overall I agree it's not as good looking as the 918 and certainly not as good as the P1 and LAF. P1 is best looking to my eyes especially the rear is just tremendous. As far as performance increase over current hybrids, P1/LAF/918 all do 0-150 mph in around 10 seconds and can rip off sub 10 second quarter miles. That's insane for a street car. Would a second improvement in acceleration be noticeable? I doubt it. Either way it would feel like "holy sh*t". At that level of performance the style, looks, sound and quality become much more important.

This was before then new engine and new car were introduced. Now they test the whole package on the track, as per usual.

Does anyone know the range of the LaF's all-electric mode that is used for parking (limited to 5 km/hr speeds)? I know it's not intended to be driven and it's for parking and garage use to limit exhaust fumes, but what is the actual range?

I’ve seen a P1 and a 918. Not a LAF. There’s not a big difference between the two from 0-160 mph. I wouldn’t expect there to be with the LAF, either.

918 is .4 seconds quicker to 60 mph
918 is .2 seconds quicker to 100 mph
P1 is .4 seconds quicker to 160 mph

    Basically even.

Now THIS is a hyper car. It’s so absurdly fantastic looking.

The interior is amazing as well. It’s a car you could probably look at for days and not find every detail.

Also Tim says in the video that an elephant weighs less than 1,000 kg :/

personally i think the design of the Apollo IE is too much, though i would love to see it on the track

It's not road legal. Think of it as an XX car.

I am not so sure of that, sources are discordant on it.
Furthermore, if it's a track only car why does it have:

    - The 3rd rear brake light
    - A comfort mode for engine and suspensions
    - Climate control (well, maybe this is useful on the track as well)
    - A set of road legal Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres (specifically told in the official press release)

Also, for just a barebone track car without hybrid systems a 1250 kg curb weight would not be so low by any means, considering that it would be just 50-70 kg less of that of a Biturbo V12 Huayra BC.
