Not sure how but I must have lost track. Do you mean we are seeing here a bare aluminium part and a painted aluminium part? Which one is each? I thought it was all bare aluminium except for bumpers, skirts, etc.

Bare aluminum is on the right side of the picture while the panel with the Prancing Horse is painted aluminum.

Not fenders. Not to sure what to call them but they are the "sail bridges" where the shields are located. Best to check out the peoples photos to see

The bridge is interchangeable as some people have one set with the shields and a second set in the same color without the shields.
Ferrari also provided for some a choice of different front grills to install as well.

What color or (colors) is the stripe on your tdF and how far does it extend at the back of the car? I would be loath to cover any of that fine aluminum with any other color...

But red accents are the worst as they take up all your attention and break the harmony of the whole design. Rather than letting your eyes savour the silhouette they keep been drawn to abritiary lines highlighted for no apparent purpose.

It's like looking at a close up of the neck line of a beautiful supermodel. Just next level.

Is the shield under the clear coat? I'm guessing there is a clear coat?

Agreed, I’m actually not a fan of that car at all for the reasons listed but the curves still best are shown in the silver colors and I’m sure bare aluminum

Of course, the bridges, I don't know where my mind was. Perfectly clear now and making sense, thank you.

I took that from an online journal. The article said the occupants left the car as soon as they were aware of the fire, so most probably unhurt. Sad news anyway...

That is good if they got some warning. Maybe Ferrari can still build him a new tdF. If he wants it...

That beautiful Blu Scozia tdf is really interesting, not because of the stupid roundels, but because it has something I wanted to see since the first time I saw the tdf

The carbon aero bridges in body color... It looks pretty good IMO, but I prefer with the shields

BTW, the automatic facebook tanslator learned me something today : Scozia means "Scotland"

Haha, if there's something that can compare to a good discussion about Ferrari colours, that would be a good discussion about languages, particularly Italian. Velavevodetto!
