Buy the MAF sensors from eBay! They are about $80 a pop! Don't buy anything else than origial Bosch. And the installation takes 10minutes when master switch is turned off.

Remember to do the ECU-relearn procedure after you switch the power back on from the front trunk. Aldous Voice has the procedure well covered.

Not sure what you are asking here. Are the looms similar in all the cars? I think so. But the sound system in the cars are almost a secondary thought. There are a lot of threads in here about adding speakers and doing upgrades. Your car has an aftermarket head unit yes? Are your tweeters OEM? I ask because they are not wired like a normal car.

Adding a sub and amp to your existing setup if it works well is probably not a problem. I think you will want to step up your respect to the electrical needs of our cars. Our cars are sensitive with respect to the electronics. We've got heat soaked alternators that feed...what is it? 90 fuses and relays IIRC that distribute power around your bad ass car. We've got batterys in the footwell that have 10 feet of leads back to behind the driver seat and then go all over from there.

What I am saying is that just enough sound is enough and try to avoid stereo wars and over the top systems because our cars with their racing heritage have ancillary systems that are stretched to the limit of their design parameters already. You will want to be hyper diligent about maintaining your fresh battery and keeping it charged, perhaps with a good trickle maintainer setup. You may already know all this but your awesome thread is going to attract a lot of attention and so I feel compelled to squawk a little about this.

Yeah man! Im not sure why all the negativity either. Are you handy with tools? I do all my own work and my car is now 96000 km and fantastic! I will wager that you do well out of this car. Please keep us posted. And congrats on a sweet looking ride

Before you buy new grab some maf cleaner from your local autostore. Mine just threw a left bank maf code, cleaned it and the car is perfect!

For my money I prefer a Ferrari duffel/gym bag. You can always find them on ebay and they have extra pockets for detail spray or rags or whatever. ;-)
