we moved it to 10 minutes, it is finding the balance between users correcting a quick mistake and not allowing abuse of it or threads changing meaning. Keep in mind posts aren't formal, most cases if there needs to be correction or followup information it is to be done with new post/reply/quote.
This may have been covered, so my apologies. In the new format, one cannot post pictures directly and have them appear large. They appear as thumbnails that one has to click on to see. Is that right?
Actually when adding the file you can chose between "thumbnail" (small) and "image" (large) - it took me some time to figure it out
Hi Rob.. thanks, not perfect, but sure made a lot of difference.. content is king and that is still here, so this will be my go-to sites for Ferrari info!!!!
It was an easy prediction. Have gone through it 6 times myself with my own websites. Every time it’s the same. Lots of bitching and moaning, then what is new seems old again.
Everyone hates change is a lame excuse. When the change is good, everyone loves change. This is not cool. Make these reply boxes bigger for a start .... we are tiny and ADS or blank space are HUGE.
I expected it, told users exactly what would happen, and I still got beat up. Ferrari community still has a normal distribution of *******s.
The new site is great. All the early freakers just needed to take a deep breath and get used to it. Working out a few bugs helped as well. I like it.
I learned how to add people on “following” list. Now l can show marcel Masini how much l like his posts. Like the new posts and new threads section at the bottom of the forums page. Alerts makes it really easy to see who is responding to my posts. I like it.
